About Me

Welcome to my blog – It all started when I was a little girl. Although I grew up without any financial means, and traveling was not something we ever did, I absolutely loved France. Don't ask me how I started with this childhood fascination, without ever having traveled there, or what triggered such passion, but my love for France runs deep within my veins. There are some of you out there, who completely understand what I am talking about. Growing up in the cornfields of Illinois, I recall driving once with my family towards the urban sprawl of the city, when suddenly I spotted a massive power line and screamed out…THERE'S THE EIFFEL TOWER!!!
(I still get teased for that one.)

After forty years since that day when I was a young girl, I have since traveled to France as an adult, and of course I've been to the top of the REAL Eiffel tower. I write this blog to share my creative lifestyle and my love for all things French, with like minded individuals, who share my passion for both.
